Fall group exercise classes
UIS Recreational Sports is offering an exciting lineup of group exercise classes during the fall semester to keep you in shape and having fun!
New this year is group cycling, which is a high-energy class performed solely on stationary bikes. The instructor will have you climbing hills, standing, sitting, and sprinting for the finish line.
Other classes being offered include Absolute Abs, Cardio Kick, Dance Fit, Interval Cross Training, Kettlebells, Step-n-Sculpt, Yoga, Yogalates and ZUMBA.
